About the Artist…

Noëlle Paramo grew up in a large family in Northern California outside Shasta and Lassen mountains. From a young age she grew to love two passions in life; horses and art. From continued years of experience in both illustration and horsemanship -training and starting horses, Noëlle has a deep desire to glorify her Heavenly Father through it all. Having her husband by her side, she plans to continue learning and continuing her passions for years to come…
